Booking Conditions
In force as of août 2026.
1. Purpose
These conditions govern bookings of stays in the furnished tourist accommodation offered on nancy-thermal.fr. Any booking implies their acceptance.
2. Booking & payment
Booking is made online by selecting the dates and then paying immediately by bank card through our secure provider Stripe. The booking is confirmed once payment has been collected; a confirmation is sent by e-mail.
3. Prices & tourist tax
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, per night and per accommodation. The applicable rate is the one displayed at the time of booking. The tourist tax (3-star furnished accommodation, per adult and per night) is added to the total and itemised separately; minors under 18 are exempt from it.
4. Arrival & departure
Arrival from 15 h (self check-in via a secure key box), departure by 11 h at the latest.
5. Cancellation & amendment
Save for any special conditions displayed at the time of booking:
- Full refund in the event of cancellation up to the day before the arrival day.
- No refund on the day of arrival or afterwards, nor in the event of non-arrival (no-show).
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services supplied on a specified date. The booking is firm as soon as it is confirmed, subject to the cancellation conditions above.
7. Traveller's obligations
The traveller undertakes to enjoy the premises peacefully, to respect the neighbourhood, and to return the accommodation in good condition. Parties and events are prohibited. Any damage may be charged.
8. Liability
Our liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or of an act of the traveller.
9. Complaints & applicable law
Any complaint: location-nancy@outlook.fr. We undertake to respond as promptly as possible. French law applies.
